I have used Rupesh twice now for the purchase and the sale of a house in South Carolina. When looking at buying a house Rupesh was great. He was one of the realtors the showed up to look at a house I was interested in and I have used him since. I stuck with him for his promptness, politeness and his willing to go see a house basically any time I wanted even randomly years later. After we found the house that we were interested in, he made the purchase of my house in SC a very smooth and easy process. Now several years later I chose him for the sale of that same house for all of the same reasons. Unfortunately, this is where I have to give him four stars. The communication was lacking a bit here, but he got stuff done eventually and help to secure an offer within a 2 week period. Even though there was some issues with communication, I have to give Rupesh a lot of credit here too. Selling a house while living out of state and working two jobs is really stressful and Rupesh helped me get through it. If you are looking at buying a house or selling a house, Rupesh is your guy to make it an enjoyable and easy process.

Do NOT sign anything early with him. You will get stuck and lose the chance to work with other better agents who offer such a good incentives/rebates. Only consider him if he agrees to give you 75% rebate back from his end.
